Surprisingly, in the TCGA training set, B cells, CD8 T cells, induced dendritic cells (iDCs), mast cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), T follicular helper (Tfh) cells, T helper 1 (Th1) cells, T helper 2 (Th2) cells, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) were significantly differently enriched between the low-risk and high-risk groups (padj < 0.05, Figures 9A,B). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
