CD8A and endometriosis: Compared to the results for the normal controls, the proportions of CD8+ T cells, activated NK cells, follicular helper T cells, and monocytes were significantly higher in the eutopic endometria of women with endometriosis (P = 0.0033; P = 0.0029; P = 0.0086; and P = 0.0054), while the proportions of M2 macrophages and resting mast cells were significantly lower in the eutopic endometria of women with endometriosis (P = 0.0336; P = 5.9e-05; Figures 2C, D).
