InTiME is the first study to identify that a CRFR2-selective agonist may provide therapeutic benefit in ME/CFS patients—nine of 10 patients where Cmax did not exceed 0.25 ng/ml, showed significant, sustained TDSS improvement ranging from −1.6 to −16.0, dependent on both AUC and pre-treatment severity. The gene discussed is CRHR2; the disease is myalgic encephalomeyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome.
