Other significant pathways were related to cell signaling (i.e., PI3K-AKT-mTOR, Wnt, VEGFA-VEGFR2, Hippo, GPCR, ERBB2, MAPK1/MAPK3), differentiation (ectoderm, neural crest), insulin secretion and Type II diabetes, growth factors (i.e., VEGFs, FGFs, EGFR1), calcium regulation in the cardiac cell, extracellular matrix, and many others. Here, MAPK3 is linked to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
