We propose that ZNF507 contributes to the positive feedback loop in TGF-β signaling by regulating TGFBR1 and MAP3K8 activation for the progression of PC to the metastatic aggressive state, and this finding highlights its potential as a promising marker for the diagnosis of metastatic PC and high-grade mCRPC or NEPC (Fig. 6J).
