HMGB3 and glioblastoma: Other studies showed that the forced expression of miR-122-5p induced MAPK signaling in breast cancer [44]; that miR-200a-5p regulated Se deficiency-induced myocardial necroptosis, which was hypothesized to be mediated by MAPK [45]; and that miR-200c-3p inhibited HMGB3, which can activate MAPK signaling, in glioblastoma [46].
