In our CCK-8 assay, we also observed that LHX9 expression had little effect on the growth of glioma cells in the first 72 hours, but within a time window of 96 hours (4 days), we observed that LHX9 had inhibitory effects on cell growth and that downregulation of LHX9 expression promoted the growth of glioma cells. The gene discussed is LHX9; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
