Results revealed that the high‐risk ccRCC patients were enriched with five immune‐related biological pathways: primary immunodeficiency (NES = 1.907, size = 35), intestinal immune network for immunoglobulin A (IgA) production (NES = 1.792, size = 43), cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction (NES = 1.615, size = 236), complement and coagulation cascades (NES = 1.406, size = 69), and natural killer cell‐mediated cytotoxicity (NES = 1.413, size = 117; Figure 7B,C; Table S6). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
