A positive relationship was observed between risk scores of ccRCC patients and immune checkpoint proteins (cytotoxic T‐lymphocyte‐associated protein 4 [CTLA‐4], programmed cell death protein 1 [PD‐1], lymphocyte‐activation gene 3 [LAG‐3], T‐cell immunoreceptor with immunoglobulin and immunoreceptor tyrosine‐based inhibition motif domains [TIGIT], and cluster of differentiation 47 [CD47]) (p < 0.05; Figure 9A). The gene discussed is TIGIT; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
