Immune cells, including regulatory T cells (Tregs), follicular helper T cells, M0 macrophages, plasma cells, and CD8+ T cells were higher in high‐risk ccRCC patients, while proportions of immune cells, including naive B cells, resting CD4 memory T cells, resting natural killer (NK) cells, monocytes, M1 macrophages, and resting mast cells were lower, suggesting an immunosuppressive microenvironment. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
