CD8A and neoplasm: Using the Hyperion imaging system we validated higher lymphocyte infiltration with osimertinib treatment (Supplementary Fig. 3a–c) and also observed a shift of proliferative activity (Ki67) from tumor cells to CD3+ cells and cytolytic activity as measured by co-staining of CD8 and Granzyme B under treatment (Fig. 1g, Supplementary Fig. 3a–c).
