BRCA2 and cancer: The interim results of the IMPACT study will be shown that demonstrate annual prostate screening using a Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) threshold of 3.0ng/ml detects clinically significant cancers in men with pathogenic variants in BRCA2 [1], MSH2 and MSH6. The results of the pilot BARCODE1 study (300 men) will be presented to demonstrate the feasibility of this population-based study, summarising uptake rates and cancer incidence [2].
