Furthermore, we identified CD5, GPR65, and GCNT1 as a motif that is upregulated on T cells in response to anti-PD1 blockade in mice as well as only in melanoma patients who respond to nivolumab (group V) and TNFRSF9 (CD137, T cell activation marker) as upregulated in responder and on-therapy groups as well as in anti-PD1-treated Tg4 Nr4a3-Tocky T cells.
