Our study revealed that the phosphorylation of ERBB2 or ERBB3 was markedly inhibited in GC cells after overexpression of miR-200b, while it was elevated after inhibiting miR-200b and decreasing NRG1 overturned the miR-200b inhibitor effect on the ERBB2/ERBB3 signaling pathway. Here, ERBB2 is linked to gastric cancer.
