Interestingly however, in 10 cases—ANKZF1, BOD1, HNRNPH3, IRF7, IVNS1ABP, MTA1, NAA25, NUMB, RBMXL1 and TLR1O—infection with EBNA2 or EBNA-LP KO EBVs, appeared to have a reduced effect on the isoform ratio when compared with infection with wild-type EBV (Figure 4C).
