Similar reactions have already been described in the literature following systemic mAb administration: leucocytoclastic vasculitis has been related to infliximab (anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) mAb) [24], erythroderma secondary to tocilizumab (humanized anti-human interleukin 6 receptor (IL-6R) antibody) [25] and maculopapular rash after anti-TNF mAb [19]. Here, IL6R is linked to exfoliative dermatitis.
