As shown in Figures 7A, B and S3, the expression difference of CDC20 between tumors and matched control tissues were significantly increased in prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, uterine cancer and pancreatic cancer, which was consistent with the previous findings in TCGA and GTEx dataset. This evidence concerns the gene CDC20 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
