We further recommend that national HIV programmes set 95-95-95 targets for 95% of persons with a new HIV diagnosis, those returning to care or non-suppressed populations to receive CD4 testing, 95% of those with a CD4 count of < 200 cells/μL to be screened with CrAg and TB LAM, and 95% testing CrAg or LAM positive to be treated for those by 2030 (Figure 1).
