We believe that establishing and implementing country-specific interventions to ensure that 95% of persons with a new HIV diagnosis or those without HIV viral suppression receive CD4 testing, 95% of persons with a CD4 count of < 200 cells/μL receive CrAg and TB-LAM testing, and 95% of those with positive CrAg and LAM tests initiate prompt treatment would go a long way in reducing HIV-related mortality.
