The opt-SNE landscape map of activated CD8 T cells revealed differences between patients with MS treated with aCD20 and healthy controls before vaccination, including an abundance of CD27+ICOS+CD38+CD8 T cells largely lacking T-bet in patients with MS treated with aCD20 in contrast to CD27−T-bet+ CD8 T cells in healthy controls (Fig. 4b).
