Next, we introduced a β-catenin specific inhibitor (WIKI4, 0.15 μM) into parental cells overexpressing SATB1-AS1, and a specific inhibitor of GSK3β (AR-A014418, 20 nM) into cells harboring SATB1-AS1 knockdown to further confirm the effect of the GSK3β/β-catenin signaling pathway on AML cell resistance. Here, GSK3B is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
