Furthermore, PCED1B-AS1, as ceRNA, up-regulates CXCR1 through competitively binding to miR-215-3p to promote the malignancy of GC cells, suggesting that PCED1B-AS1/miR-215-3p/CXCR1 axis is a novel mechanism involved in GC progression. Here, CXCR1 is linked to gastric cancer.
