We found that the expression levels of APP, CDC5L, MPHOSPH6, MRPS31, and MTREX in PRAD tissues were notably lower than those in corresponding non-cancerous tissues, and the patients in the MPHOSPH6 and MRPS31 high-expression groups showed much shorter overall survival than patients in the respective low-expression groups. Here, MPHOSPH6 is linked to prostate adenocarcinoma.
