As shown in Figure 1a and Figure 1b, the expression of ZFC3H1 was low in many human cancers, such as PRAD, adrenocortical carcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, skin cutaneous melanoma, testicular germ cell tumors, thyroid carcinoma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, and uterine carcinosarcoma, but showed high expression only in thymoma. The gene discussed is ZFC3H1; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
