Mutations in the promoter region of DTX1 were detected during early non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC); both overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) rates were higher in patients with mutations than in those without mutations, suggesting that DTX1 mutations were beneficial for the survival and prognosis of patients with early NSCLC (Lee et al., 2019). This evidence concerns the gene DTX1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
