SLC16A3 and urinary bladder carcinoma: To explore the influence of SLC16A3 mRNA expression on the survival of bladder cancer patients, we downloaded the survival and transcriptome sequencing data of 402 patients in TCGA database, and the KM survival analysis showed that the patients with high SLC16A3 mRNA expression showed a significantly poorer OS than those with low SLC16A3 mRNA expression (p = 0.012; Figure 3A).
