On the 16th day after tumor cell inoculation (the second day after the first injection of CAR-T cells), we found that the level of human IFN-γ in the blood of mice treated with CD38 CAR-T cells was significantly higher than that of mice in the Pan-T group, which indicated that CD38 CAR-T cells produced more IFN-γ and that CD38 CAR-T cells were effectively activated (Figure S3B).
