Moreover, our results suggested that circular RNA hsa_circ_0006117 could activate the MAPK signaling pathway by relieving the miR-96-5p-mediated posttranscriptional suppression of KRAS. Taken together, we found that circular RNA hsa_circ_0006117 adsorbed miR-96-5p and acted in an axis-dependent regulation of miR-96-5p/KRAS/MAPK, thereby facilitating proliferation, migration, and invasion in PC.
