Of the 3416 NSCLC patients, approximately 25% had at least one SWI/SNF complex gene mutation; of these, 9% harbored SMARCA4 mutations, 8% harbored ARID1A mutations, 5% harbored ARID2 mutations, and 4% harbored ARID1B mutations.
