We found that N-cadherin significantly promoted the expression of other EMT-related markers (Slug, Vimentin, and ZEB1) and neuroendocrine markers (CgA, Syn, and NSE) in PCa cells, suggesting that N-cadherin may promote PCa cell proliferation, invasion, and migration by regulating EMT and NEPC transformation. Here, ZEB1 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
