The results demonstrated that relative to oe‐NC, overexpression of P53 significantly decreased the tumorigenic ability in the nude mice, with the tumour volume also notably smaller in the modelled mice (Figure 8A,B), and miR‐15a expression was also considerably elevated (Figure 8C), while the expression levels of OGT and EZH2 were markedly decreased (Figure 8D).
