To investigate the background of higher MHC‐positive rate when twice infection was applied, we investigated the time‐dependent changes in the expression of pluripotency markers overtime after SeV‐Myod1 infection and found that the expression level of POU domain, class 5, transcription factor 1 (POU5F1) and NANOG at 48 h after SeV infection was decreased compared with the level before infection (Figure S1A).
