JUN and bacterial infectious disease: An enriched network was generated, where genes were linked to pathways, such as Wnt signaling pathway (PLCB2, CCND3, JUN, RAC2), GnRH signaling pathway (PLCB2, MAPK12, JUN), adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes (PLCB2, MYH15, MAPK12), VEGF signaling pathway (MAPK12, RAC2), bacterial infection (MAPK12, JUN), focal adhesion (CCND3, JUN, RAC2), gap junction (TUBB1, PLCB2) and toll-like receptor signaling pathway (MAPK12, JUN) (Fig. 2, Supplementary File 1: Table S4).
