The JUN and PGM5 genes were related to osteosarcoma, ACTA1 with waddling gait and difficulty to walk, ADA with abnormality of pelvic girdle bone morphology, TNNT3 with joint stiffness, arthrogryposis distal type 1, ulnar deviation of the wrist, ulnar deviation of the fingers, abnormality of the hip bone and metatarsus varus, and ANK1 with bone development (Fig. 3). Here, TNNT3 is linked to osteosarcoma.
