These included the drug used for treating hypercholesterolemia and preventing cardiac disease, atorvastatin (τ = − 96.7), the antipsychotic drugs trifluoperazine (τ = − 97.9) and flupentixol (τ = − 95.9), and the estrogen receptor modulator raloxifene, used for treating osteoporosis (τ = − 96.1), amongst others (Additional file 1: Table S2).
