According to multiple databases, three lncRNAs (NUTM2B-AS1, MAPKAPK5-AS1, and SNHG16) and 12 mRNAs (CPSF6, SNX27, KIAA1522, XPO1, SOX12, CALU, PTBP3, MYBL2, CD2AP, FXR1, GALNT10, and GIGYF1) were identified to associate with miR-30 c, which were upregulated-expressed in HCC and had poor prognosis in HCC patients.
