It has been reported that malignant gliomas have alterations in the P53 tumor suppressor gene [103,104], which plays a pivotal role in the cellular response to DNA-damaging agents such as RONS, EM waves, UV light, etc. Therefore, we investigated the role of CAP and EM waves in different genes, including P53, after treating U87-MG human glioma cells. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
