In a study focused on T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) analysis of diagnostic bone marrow transcriptomes in both adult (n = 151) and pediatric AML (including infant AML, up to 1 year of age; n = 145 in total), T-cells in infant AML presented relatively low levels of clonal expansion in comparison to pediatric and adult AML [51]. The gene discussed is BCR; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
