KEGG analysis demonstrated that the miRNAs might play an important part in pathways closely related to thyroid cancer (e.g., thyroid cancer pathway, pathways in cancer, miRNAs in cancer, p53 signaling pathway, etc. GO analysis showed that the miRNAs could also regulate important biological processes, including DNA damage response, cell growth, apoptosis, and response to hypoxia. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and thyroid cancer.
