Based on the pivotal ZUMA-1 and JULIET trials, two CD19 CAR T-cells—axi-cel (Yescarta®) and tisa-cel (Kymriah®)—were approved in 2017 and 2018, respectively, for the treatment of DLBCL patients who failed at least two lines of therapy [2,3] (Table 1). Here, CD19 is linked to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
