MTOR and neoplasm: The comparison of the gene expression profiles between the two immune-related groups revealed that critical immune cell types, including Th2, pDC, and memory B cells, might have anticancer properties in OSCC, while the growth factor-receptor-related signaling pathways like VEGFA-VEGFR2, PI3K-Akt, mTOR, and PDGF signaling pathways might inhibit the immune cell infiltration and promote tumor progression.
