Data from TCGA (the Cancer Genome Atlas database) revealed that the expression levels of CXCL2/3/5/6/7/8/9/10/13/14/16/17 were significantly higher in pancreatic cancer tissues than normal tissues (all p-value < 0.05, Table 1 and Figure 1). The gene discussed is CXCL2; the disease is pancreatic neoplasm.
