Therefore, this study innovatively analyzed the effect of SLX on the peritoneal tissue inflammation and the expression of TGF-β1 and its signaling pathway molecules in peritoneal dialysis model rats and explored the application value of SLX in preventing peritoneal dialysis and peritoneal fibrosis, in order to provide more experimental data and program references for peritoneal dialysis treatment. This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and kidney failure.
