Considering that patients with high expression of CTLA-4 (56) or TIM-3 (57) had a better prognosis, inhibition of CTLA-4 or TIM-3 expression could enhance tumor immunity (58, 59), and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for patients with TMB <4 can significantly improve the survival rate (28), we speculated that patients in the low-risk group may be more likely to benefit from chemotherapy and more sensitive to CTLA-4 and TIM-3 inhibitors. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is neoplasm.
