CCNG2 and ovarian carcinoma: The present data revealed that METTL3 recognizes the m6A modification of pri-miR-1246, and then upregulates the expression of miR-1246, which inhibits CCNG2 expression, and thereby increases the ability of ovarian cancer cells to proliferate, migrate, and invade, while reducing the level of apoptosis, resulting in the promotion of ovarian cancer occurrence and development.
