TP53 and breast carcinoma: Most of them have been found to contain anti-cancer compounds like terpenoid, flavonoid, alkaloid, quercetin, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), epicatechin, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, and tanshinone, which are involved in multiple important pathways in breast cancer such as epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT), TGF-ß, PTEN/PI3K/Akt, NF-kappa B (NF-κB), MAPK, p53 signaling pathway, and Wnt/β-catenin pathways (21–24).
