As shown in Figure 4, CXCL12 levels were higher in the urine of patients with TAPS than in those with OAPS (p=0.0350), APL carriers (p=0.0008), patients with miscarriages (p<0.0001), patients with thrombosis (p<0.0001), patients with RA (p=0.0012), patients with SLE (p<0.0001), and HCs (p<0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL12 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
