We speculated that high expression of LYRM4 may lead to cellular metabolic reprogramming and lipid metabolism disorders by modulating Fe-S cluster assembly, regulating the tricarboxylic acid cycle and β-oxidation [47, 48], which would increase the burden on the liver and thus adversely affect the prognosis of LIHC patients [49, 50]. Here, LYRM4 is linked to Disorder of lipid metabolism.
