NLRP3 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The above results were supported by the FCM results that knock-down of miR-556-5p aggravated cisplatin-induced cell apoptosis in CR-NSCLC cells, which were partially reversed by silencing NLRP3 and NSA co-treatment (Figure 5(c–e)), indicating that miR-556-5p ablation increased cisplatin-sensitivity in NSCLC cells via activating NLRP3-mediated cell pyroptosis.
