ACTB and breast cancer: Relapse-free survival (RFS) analysis (Fig. S1B) presented a correlation between high ACTB expression and poor prognosis for breast cancer (P = 0.024), LUAD (P = 0.043), ovarian cancer (P = 0.037), STAD (P = 0.038) and THCA (P = 0.01), while correlation between high ACTB and better RFS in BLCA (P = 0.027), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P = 0.026), KIRC (P = 0.023), PCPG (P = 0.024) and UCEC (P = 0.0075).
