Furthermore, the synaptic genes SYT1 and SNAP91, which are associated with synapse development but also implicated in central nervous system disorders such as autism spectrum disorder or epilepsy, emerged as high‐confidence targets of hsa‐miR‐25‐3p (Figure 4G) highlighting this miRNA as an interesting novel target for neuron‐related disorders. This evidence concerns the gene SNAP91 and central nervous system disorder.
