CDKN1A and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In Zamagni et al.'s study, it found that CDKN1A is an oncogene which can inhibit apoptosis and promote cancer cell proliferation, so it is used as a response indicator of NSCLC chemotherapy; the regulation of CDKN1A is a potential therapy to reverse the acquisition of resistance to drug such as gefitinib.
