Li and Shan et al. found that CENPE can serve as a new target for the diagnosis and prognosis of rhabdomyosarcoma (Li et al., 2019) and ccRCC (Shan et al., 2019), and that it can promote the metastasis of lung cancer, and Horning et al. found that CENPE was up-regulated in prostate cancer and related to recurrent prostate cancer through RNA-sequencing data analysis. This evidence concerns the gene CENPE and lung carcinoma.
