Measurements performed at admission also indicated that the COVID‐19 patients had significantly elevated levels of two anti‐SARS‐CoV‐2 specific IgE (anti‐S IgE: 0.42 vs. 0.3, p < 0.001; anti‐N IgE: 0.37 vs. 0.3, p < 0.001; Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene IGHE and COVID-19.
