Observing the Figure 2, according to histotypes, T cells CD3+ and cytotoxic T cells (CD8+, Granzyme B) were more prominent in LCC compared to adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, whereas macrophages CD68+ and VISTA1 predominated in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma compared to large cell carcinoma. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is leukoencephalopathy with calcifications and cysts.
